Duck Breast Stir Fry with Pineapple

OK this recipe consists of two ingredients we’ve been waiting for weeks to try out: duck breast and pineapples. And they are finally on sale! At first we didn’t plan to mix them together. However, doing a bit search on Google, there are actually some great recipes out there using both. We thought it would be worth trying so here comes this sweet taste dish πŸ™‚ The original recipe is 净撨炒鸭丁 from δΈ‹εŽ¨ζˆΏ. The duck breast has some fat but you won’t feel it because of the sweet and sour taste of the pineapple.

  1. I’m still not sure if I’ve ever had duck or not, I really need to try it- this sounds magnificent! πŸ™‚

      • We call it ‘Pato-Tim’… I’m not even sure. I think it’s something like oven-roasted duck? One of my friend’s Aunt brought it for our gathering and it was delicious. I have only eaten twice, I think, but I never forgot how I loved it.

  2. I love the sound of duck and pineapple, it works so well with fruit! Your recipe looks so quick as well, perfect when you don’t want to wait and it still looks delicious! πŸ™‚
