One week count down before moving! We are selling all stuffs we could sell, including kitchenware. So without all those handy tools, we have to switch to something simple for a while. Today we present you this simple steamed shrimp recipe.
1. One egg tofu
2. (Cooked) Shrimps and pees. You may need about 10 to 12 of them.
3. Soy sauce
1. Cut the tofu into 11 or 12 pieces with the same height and put them in a plate.
2. Put the shrimps and pees on top. If the shrimps are not cooked, well, blanch it first. Just put them in boiling water for 30 seconds.
3. Add a little of salt and steam for 5 minutes. If shrimps not cooked, steam for 8 minutes. Pour some soy sauce on top when serving.
