To be honest, we don’t know how to translate the name of this dish. So we made it up. We made it from some roasted chicken we couldn’t finish in one meal. It tastes spicy and numbing like almost all Szechuan cuisine does.
1. Roasted chicken breast 500g (it tastes better if the chicken is cool).
2. Soy sauce 30ml, vinegar 15ml, sugar 1tsp, Soya and Sesame Oil 15ml, Prickly Oil 15ml, Oiled Chilli 1tsp, Sesame sauce 15ml (optional).
Step 1: prepare the sauce. Mix them up and stir a bit.
Step 2: prepare the chick breast.
Step 3: pour the sauce on the chicken. Mix them up. Done! Fast and Easy!
